1. Available requests
- Access information about personal data associated with an account.
- Correct inaccurate identity, relationship, attendance, or academic information.
- Request erasure of data that is no longer required or legally retained.
- Deactivate account access while preserving required academic and audit records.
- Withdraw consent or object to an eligible processing activity.
- Submit a parent or guardian request concerning a child.
- Raise a privacy or AI-processing concern.
2. What happens next
The request creates a restricted support case. An authorized administrator verifies identity, account authority, parent-child relationship where applicable, the records involved, and any retention obligation before taking action. Submission does not automatically delete or disclose records.
Never submit a password, access token, full identity-document number, or unrelated medical or financial information through this form.
3. Retained academic and audit records
Some information may need to remain after access is deactivated, including grades, assessment integrity records, attendance, safety records, administrative audits, and records required by an institution or applicable law. Eligible profile and provider-hosted data should still be minimized or removed where retention is no longer justified.
