1. Current status
These terms are effective from 16 July 2026 as the current product terms. They are not a substitute for a signed institution agreement and require legal review and final operator identity before commercial launch.
2. Accounts and authority
- Use only the account assigned to you and keep credentials confidential.
- Administrators may create, assign, reset, deactivate, or change accounts within their authorized institution.
- Student grade, course, parent-child, and teacher relationships must not be falsified or bypassed.
- Parents may access only children linked through the platform's authorized relationship process.
- Users must notify the institution or service operator when account access is no longer appropriate.
3. Acceptable use
Users must not attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person, expose answer keys, disrupt classes, harass others, upload unlawful or harmful material, evade moderation, automate abusive requests, or misuse AI and assessment systems.
4. Educational and assessment use
Scores, risk indicators, AI suggestions, attendance signals, and progress analytics support educational decisions but do not replace professional judgment. Institutions and teachers remain responsible for final academic, safeguarding, disciplinary, employment, and administrative decisions.
Assessment access, result release, attempt limits, and teacher review may vary by course or institution configuration.
5. AI-assisted features
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable. Users must review generated tests, content, evaluations, improvement suggestions, audio, and answers before relying on them. AI output must not be represented as an official professional, medical, legal, or safeguarding determination.

6. Content and intellectual property
Users must have authority to upload or publish course material, books, recordings, images, audio, questions, and generated content. Institutions retain responsibility for content they direct users to publish. School LMS may restrict or remove content when required for safety, rights protection, or service integrity.
7. IELTS and third-party names
IELTS is a trademark of its respective owners. School LMS practice environments are independent preparation tools and are not official IELTS examinations, scores, certificates, or endorsements. School LMS is not represented as affiliated with or approved by the owners or administrators of IELTS unless a separate written authorization exists.
8. Availability and external services
Features may depend on hosting, database, media, live-class, email, and AI providers. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, provider failure, security containment, or legal requirements. No unsupported promise of uninterrupted availability is made.
9. Suspension, deactivation, and retained records
Access may be restricted for security, misuse, institution departure, legal requirements, or an approved user request. Account deactivation does not automatically erase grades, attendance, audit records, safeguarding information, or records that the institution must retain.
10. Privacy, complaints, and applicable terms
Personal data handling is described in the Privacy Notice. Privacy and account requests can be submitted through Data Rights. Applicable law and any signed institution agreement take priority where these operational terms conflict with a binding requirement.
